An attorney/mediator with 25 years of experience in law, negotiation and conflict resolution, Lili brings to her work awareness that all conflict creates an opportunity for productive change, growth and transformation. Lili helps her clients productively resolve what is solvable and engage constructively in conflicts of an ongoing nature

  2. Offering services as a facilitator, mediator and conflict coach, Lili encourages the use of relationship based approach to help parties in conflict to problem solve, work with emotions and construct pathways towards more constructive outcomes.

  3. Lili is the past Tri-Chair of the Association of Conflict Resolution Spirituality Section.  She has presented workshops at the ACR Annual Conferences in 2007 and 2009 and at The Second-Fifth Annual Rocky Mountain Mediator and Spirituality Retreats, The 2007 Annual Meetings of  The Academy of Family and Conciliation Courts, and has taught yoga at the The Harvard Negotiation Insight Initiative.  

Non-Dual Healing and Spiritual Counseling

  1.   Lili helps clients find more wholeness by gaining a deeper awareness of choices and discovering in life’s challenges a gateway to a fuller, more joyous life. Integrated Non-Dual Healing, www.kabbalah.org (IKH) is a healing modality that embodies holiness and wholeness. It offers the opportunity to experience oneself and one’s connection to the source of life more fully.

Lili has twenty plus years of spiritual practice and study of the world’s great wisdom traditions.  For the last four years she has immersed herself in the study of Non-Dual Healing.  Lili  brings to her healing work lessons from her life enhanced by her professional expertise as a conflict specialist and her lifelong practice of meditation and yoga. 


Yoga Instruction

  1. Lili offers individual and group private sessions, corporate yoga and therapeutic posture, breath and energy counseling, sound healing and chakra workshops.

  2. Lili’s classes are a fun, focused, meditative flow tapping into body, breath and the joy of deepening into awareness and the joy of being alive. 

  3. A Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher and 30 year practitioner, certified with 400-plus-hour trainings with The Denver Institute of Yoga (2003) and Tias Little’s Yoga Source, Santa Fe (2004-2006) and ongoing workshops with Rod Stryker, John Friend and Madhuri Martin.

  4. A lifelong student of yoga in the Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga and Prajna traditions, (www.prajnayoga.net), Lli offers group classes offered at Samadhi Center for Yoga (A-List and Westward Best Studio in Denver Award Winner); and Cherry Creek Athletic Club (Lili Zohar: Circle of Excellence Award Winner, 2007).

Upcoming Workshop:Living Kabbalah:  Fall 2010 and Winter 2011:  An Introduction to Non-dual Living. We will use the text "Kabbalastic Healing: A Path to an Awakened Soul" by Jason Shulman to explore ways to integrate the living and ancient teachings of Kabbalah into our lives. Through discussion, guided mediations and exercises we will  investigate our notions of time and reality.  No prior knowledge of Hebrew or Kabbalah is required.
