We will use the text "Kabbalistic Healing: A Path to an Awakened Soul" by Jason Shulman to explore ways to integrate the living and ancient teachings of Kabbalah into our lives. Through discussion, guided mediations and exercises we will investigate our notions of time and reality. No prior knowledge of Hebrew or Kabbalah is required. Contact Lili for more information.
