Lili Zohar, J.D., (OSU College of Law, Order of the Coif, 1983) LL.M., (Yale, 1984) is an attorney/mediator who since 1995 has practiced family, civil, and community mediation and arbitration in Denver, Colorado in private practice and for organizations including The Colorado Judicial Office of Dispute Resolution, The United States Post Office, The EEOC, the Associations of Realtors for the Denver Metro Area, the American Arbitration Association, and the National Association of Securities Dealers. She has been an instructor of business ethics, mediation, facilitation and negotiation at Regis University and University of Colorado in Denver.

Lili's personal growth path, including years of spiritual practice and decades long experience as a negotiator, attorney, arbitrator and conflict professional has led her to understand conflict as a gateway for personal growth and transformation. Lili currently works with the USPO REDRESS program and uses the tranformative mediation model that focuses on working with conflict as a way to transform and heal relationships.

As a mediator and a conflict coach, Lili helps individuals and groups in understand conflict in terms of its potential as an avenue of personal growth, discovery and healing. Using meditations, visualizations, empathic listening and exercises that allow for a focus on personal responsibility and choice, Lili helps her clients take the energy of the conflict as fuel for continued learning and increased awareness. Lili's private coaching and mediation practice involves issues relating to ongoing relationships in family, employment, business organizations and domestic and commercial partnerships.
